Bayview-York Mills

The task at hand was to design and build for these clients with internationally inspired taste; a home that suited their requirements and lifestyle.

Barbini was approached by the clients to build them their home after seeing a Barbini home on the market. After the first initial meetings it was obvious that the relationship would be excitingly collaborative and continued on this note throughout the entire project.

The home offers 11 foot ceilings on the main floor with generously scaled principal rooms all geared to a lifestyle of entertaining with a focus on summer outdoor living  and enjoying the walkout limestone patio and swimming pool.

The second floor has all the carefully considered bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, home office close to the master bedroom suite with a feature lighted barreled ceiling, custom designed bookshelves and paneled walls.

The lower level has a walk-in wine cellar, generous bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large common  areas, and a spa inspired bathroom and dressing area servicing the swimming pool.
