"I am writing to express my extreme satisfaction in purchasing a Barbini home this year. I was already a homeowner in Toronto and had no immediate need of a home. I thought that I was just casually looking until I saw this house. The attention to detail was obvious from the minute I saw the gorgeous staircase and skylight at the entrance. I was impressed that even the moldings, doorknobs and hinges were of high quality. The home is not only beautiful, but also designed with the end-user in mind. We have a great mudroom, with built-in shelves and a hand shower for dirty boots. The master bath has heated floors. When buying a new home, the after-sales experience is very important. On this point, Barbini certainly exceeded expectations. Mr. Barbini himself led the tour and was both professional and courteous. He did more for us than was necessary. As an example, he was here when my insurance agent was doing his walk-through. My agent asked if we had floor plans, which I did not. Mr. Barbini volunteered to have his office e-mail them to the agent. The contractors who built this house have been able to resolve the few small issues quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed working with Barbini's people so much; I hired them to do additional work. His contractors are very skilled and professional which shows in both their original work and follow-up service. As it stands now, I would recommend a Barbini home without qualification. It has been a happy move for our family and we are enjoying our new home very much. The original quality and design of the home coupled with excellent post-sales service have made the transition a pleasure."
